In this meeting, we will cover the broad topic of “searching and exporting information out of Netsuite.” The majority of this meeting will dive into Netsuite “Saved Searches”; covering useful tips for filtering and reporting of data. Looking beyond just “searches”, we will also provide a broad overview of Netsuite’s “Analytics” and “SuiteQL” capabilities.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Overview of Netsuite “Searches”
   Participants will learn where, in Netsuite to find existing “Searches” and how to create a new Search.
2. Netsuite Search Filtering
   Participants will cover the breadth of how Netsuite Searches allow “filtering” of data. Topics will include simple filters, Summary filters, use of “Available Filters”, and time-tested tips and tricks for effectively filtering.
3. Netsuite Search Results
   Participants will cover the breadth of how to specify and, as needed, group, search results. Here, we will also cover more advanced topics such as “formula fields” and using HTML formatting.
4. Netsuite “Analytics” Overview
   Participants will discover what “Analytics” is, what makes this different from “Searches”, and how to access these capabilities within Netsuite.
5. Netsuite “SuiteAnalytics Connect” Overview
   Participants will discover what “SuiteAnalytics” is, when they would use this capability, and a high level overview of how to access SuiteAnalytics in Netsuite.
6. Netsuite “SuiteQL” Overview
   Participants will discover what “SuiteQL” is, when they would use this capability, and a high level overview of how to access “SuiteQL” in Netsuite.
