Meeting Sponsorship

We offer a SuiteApp Sponsorship for $2000 or a Breakfast Sponsorship for $500.

As a sponsor you get your company name in front of over 4000 NetSuite users, partners, and consultants. This includes the NetSuite generated invitation that goes to ALL customers in Colorado and to our internal list of over 1000 leads and members.

A SuiteApp Sponsor must have a product on the SuiteApp.com website. A Breakfast Sponsor must offer NetSuite consulting services and have certified NetSuite ERP implementation consultants on staff.

As a SuiteApp Sponsor you will receive the following:

  • 10 minutes to present an overview of your company/product.
  • Video recording of your presentation (network permitting) that all members can see into perpetuity on our member page.
  • Your logo and a link to any page on your website which is posted on our home page and on the agenda page for approximately 2 months.
  • Your logo and a link to any page on your website in the email that NetSuite sends to new and existing customers.
  • Your name in the invitation email that the board sends to 1000 members, past members, and guests.
  • An announcement on our RMNSUG LinkedIn Forum.
  • A table at the meeting for your banner, marketing materials, give-aways, etc. and a place to sit for people to come and visit with your during breakfast (8-8:30am), during breaks, and during our networking time after the meeting.
  • Your company logo on our opening slide at our meeting.

Restrictions:

  1. Sponsors must have a SuiteApp available through www.suiteapp.com
  2. Companies can be a SuiteApp sponsor once every 24 months.
  3. Cancellation Terms and Conditions

To become a SuiteApp Sponsor is a 2-step process:

  • STEP 1 – Sign-up (pick a month/year, enter url for the invitation, primary contact info, presenter contact info)
  • STEP 2 – Payment (you can pay now or pay 3 months prior to the meeting)
    • If you choose to pay now then an invoice and payment receipt will be emailed to you within a week. If you choose to pay 3 months prior to the meeting then an invoice will be emailed to the primary email on your sponsorship record approximately 3 months prior to your meeting month. It will be due Net10.

The RMNSUG BOD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any potential meeting sponsor for any reason. If a company/individual has already paid for a sponsorship spot and then are refused/cancelled, a full refund will be made as soon as possible. Sponsors will be notified within 10 business days if sponsorship is cancelled.


As a Breakfast Sponsor you will receive the following:

  • Your company name posted on our http://www.rmnsug.org agenda page for approximately 2 months.
  • Your company name in the email that NetSuite sends to new and existing customers.
  • Your name in the invitation email that the board sends to 1000 members, past members, and guests.
  • An announcement on our RMNSUG LinkedIn Forum.
  • Ability to place banner at breakfast location.
  • Space by the breakfast table for marketing materials and the ability to network with members and guests as they come through the breakfast line from 8-8:30am, during breaks, and during our networking time after the meeting. We suggest that 1 or more people represent your company during the breakfast. We provide a breakfast buffet from Einstein’s that includes bagels, fresh fruit salad, and a make-your-own yogurt parfait bar.
  • Your company logo on our opening slide at our meeting.

Restrictions:

  1. Breakfast sponsors must offer NetSuite consulting services and have certified NetSuite consultants on staff. Companies that offer a SuiteApp that want to sponsor breakfast need to also have a consulting practice with certified consultants on staff.
  2. Companies can sponsor a breakfast once per 12 month period.

To become a Breakfast Sponsor is a 2-step process:

  • STEP 1 – Sign-up (pick a month/year, enter url for the invitation, primary contact info, presenter contact info)
  • STEP 2 – Payment (you can pay now or pay 3 months prior to the meeting)
    • If you choose to pay now then an invoice and payment receipt will be emailed to you within a week. If you choose to pay 3 months prior to the meeting then an invoice will be emailed to the primary email on your sponsorship record approximately 3 months prior to your meeting month. It will be due Net10.

Refund Terms and Conditions (SuiteApp and Breakfast Sponsors)

The RMNSUG BOD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any potential meeting sponsor for any reason. If a sponsor has already paid for a sponsorship spot, and then are refused/cancelled by the RMNSUG BOD, a full refund will be made as soon as possible. Sponsors will be notified within 10 business days if sponsorship is cancelled by the RMNSUG BOD. Sponsor elected cancellations prior to two weeks of the assigned meeting date will be refunded the paid amount, minus any credit card processing fees. Sponsor elected cancellations within two weeks of the assigned meeting date, or Sponsor no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
